But let’s take a closer, and literal look at that word:
disturbance or problems which interrupt an event, activity, or process.
Have you ever seen the word ‘problem’ on a client brief? We haven’t either, so in pursuit of a better word, lets run ‘disruption’ through the thesaurus:
Agitate, spoil, disorder, unsettle, confuse.
It’s not getting any better, is it? What is more, these are all words that resonate more ominously than ever as humanity looks back at 2020.
